Preparing for God’s new Advent-ure

Advent Eucharist Service at St Mary le Strand

On Sunday 17 December 2017, Richard preached and presided at the Eucharist in St Mary le Strand, where he and the other Anglican priests in the King’s College Chaplaincy team of the time were licensed clergy.

The readings for Advent 3 were Isaiah 61.1-4, 8-11; Psalm 126; 1 Thessalonians 5.16-24; and John 1.6-8, 19-28. Richard’s sermon was ‘Preparing for God’s new Advent-ure’.
