The 22nd Eric Symes Abbott Memorial Lecture was given by Richard, as Dean of King’s College London, on Thursday 10 May 2007. The lecture was entitled ‘Being Bibilical? Slavery, Sexuality, and the Inclusive Community’. The themes of Richard’s lecture are explored in depth in his book Imitating Jesus.
